Our project management team consults with the client to understand the Workflow, making sure that we automate a valid process. We create initial specifications for the client’s approval and detailed design specifications based upon that approval.
Coordination and Communication
We establish communication paths, approval mechanisms at milestones, and both schedule and budget status reporting.
Testing
We help the client establish pilot and beta testing environments for both installation and operational qualification.
Documentation
All of our work is thoroughly documented and we provide the amount of technology transfer that our clients desire in order for them to manage the hardware environment and the application independently in the future.
Training
We can provide one to one on site training, train the trainer or on site classroom instruction using client facilities and equipment. Our training staff uses both in house developed course literature and manufacturer approved manuals leaving each student with reference material to guide him or her.
